Packing and Shipping

We can currently ship to the US and Canada. Orders received Monday thru Saturday are generally packaged and shipped same day or next day. Customers will receive an email when their package is shipped. Shipping is through USPS, but UPS shipping is also an option.

What do I do if my candle broke in shipping?

If your candle broke in shipping (this is rare, but can happen), please send a photo of the damage to sales@flyingfoxcreations.com and we can reimburse you, offer a store credit, or replace the item free of charge.

Why is the top of my candle/melt cracked/bubbly/uneven?

Due to the nature of the wax, scents, and colorants, as well as factors such as humidity and ambient temperature, the candles and melts may become uneven on top or even cracked or have bubbles. We try to minimize these issues as much as possible, but they may still occur. These candles are still perfectly safe to burn!

Why does color look different from the photo/the other candle of the same scent that I ordered?

All of our candles are hand mixed and poured. Despite each candle having a specific recipe, the colors can turn out slightly differently between batches, especially if colors are being mixed to achieve the final product.
